What are your business hours?
Monday through Friday 9am-6pm. We also answer calls and emails throughout the weekend.
What type of payment methods do you accept?
Coastal Sisters Rentals accepts all major credit cards over the phone. We also accept other valid forms of payment with adequate processing time.
Can I get a full refund?
Refunds are only given if the reservation is cancelled within 30- 60 days or more in advance. Refund amounts vary depending on the reservation.
