Master Bedroom has a flat screen TV & super comfy King Size Bed with windows overlooking the Beach & a door leading to the covered deck. Kids Bunk Room has 2 sets of bunk beds, a comfy futon, a flat screen TV with DVD & an extra bonus of an arcade style video game (no tokens needed). Third guest room has Queen size bed & TV. 4th bedroom is great for families with children. Matching Queen size bed & a set of bunk beds with a balcony that overlooks the palm trees & pool. It also has a flat screen & dvd. Free WiFi & Direct TV.
The fully furnished kitchen with beautiful granite countertops has an extra long breakfast bar with stools & is open to the dining & living area. There are also 2 sleeper sofas with upgraded mattresses. This is a great house for entertaining with a large dining table. The covered deck that overlooks the Gulf has 2 picnic tables for your dining pleasure & there are plenty of Adirondack chairs to relax in. The deck has a gate at the top of the stairs to help corral small children.
Downstairs there is parking under the house on a cement driveway with plenty of room to pull in your truck & fishing boat & still have room for several other cars. Extra refrigerator is available in the downstairs storage area & also feel free to use the beach toys.
Outdoor private shower & dressing room is great for rinsing off the sand or cooling off after a day of fishing. There is also a foot washing station at the bottom of the stairs & a charcoal/gas grill for your use.
