Primary Bedroom has a flat screen TV and super comfy King Size Bed with windows overlooking the Beach. There is even a private door leading to the covered front row deck. The Kids’ Bunk Room has 2 sets of bunk beds, a flat screen TV with DVD and an extra bonus of an old school arcade style video game (no tokens needed) complete with Pac-Man, Galaga and other retro favorites! The third guest room has a King size bed and TV. The fourth bedroom is great for families with children-matching Queen size bed and twin bunk beds with a private balcony that overlooks the pool.
The fully furnished kitchen with beautiful granite counter-tops has an extra-long breakfast bar with high backed stools and is open to the dining & living area. This is a great house for gathering and entertaining with a large dining table along with kitchen bar seating seats 12! The covered deck that overlooks the Gulf has 2 picnic tables for your dining pleasure and there are plenty of deck chairs to relax in and take in the spectacular views! The deck also has a gate at the top of the stairs to help corral small children.
Downstairs, there is shaded parking under the house on a cement driveway with plenty of room to pull in your truck, fishing boat or golf cart and still have room for several other cars. There is even an EV charging station for your electric vehicles. Also available in the downstairs storage area are beach toys and umbrellas for guest convenience.
Also under the main house is an outdoor private shower and dressing room great for rinsing off the sand or cooling off after a day of fishing. There is also a foot washing station at the bottom of the stairs and a charcoal/gas grill for your use.
Surfside Oasis Too! is an extra special property with gorgeous views of the Beach! It is a two bedroom and two-bathroom bungalow with a huge open living/dining/entertaining area. It has two living areas with a total of 1 set of bunk beds. The first bedroom has a Queen bed with twin bunks. The second bedroom has a Full bed with twin bunks, and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and extra closet space.
The kitchen is fully equipped with beautiful granite counter-tops, dishwasher and microwave. There is a dining table that seats six and a breakfast bar that seats three comfortably. The first bathroom has a granite vanity and a walk-in, custom shower. The stackable washer and dryer is also located in this full bath. The second bathroom is located inside the second bedroom with a walk-in shower as well. Downstairs, there is another full bathroom accessible from the pool. It is very spacious and has plenty of room to bathe and dress after a long day on the beach, or just a rinse before jumping in the pool! Private parking on the cement driveway is a huge bonus for overflow guests. There is also a charcoal and gas grill, several picnic tables, pool loungers, and pool toys available for your use.
